SKY Apartment

It turns out that living very, very high up is amazing. Above a big city, doubly so.

The morning greets you with industrial sunrises. It is disappointing, though, that more often you have to look at the gray Petersburg slush than at the sun.

(at night you can endlessly admire the carpet of city lights stretching all the way to the horizon; unfortunately, I do not know how to photograph in the dark, so I can only suggest imagining that beauty :)

By day, panoramas of the working city unfold. When there is no smog, it is interesting to study the horizon and try to recognize Smolny, Saint Isaac's, Peter and Paul Fortress, and the gulf.

In the north, Petersburg looks like Cherepovets.

Sunsets drive you even crazier than sunrises.
